Organizational Alignment Diagnostic

Where values become operations.

Most organizations can state who they are. Far fewer can show it in how they hire, decide, and deliver. Harmony measures the distance between the two, prices it, and gives you a path to close it.

The problem

Every organization has a version of this failure.

A company writes its values on the wall, then makes the decision that contradicts them. The mission is eloquent; the hiring criteria, the approval workflows, and the budget choices were designed without it. Identity stops at the moment of consequence.

That gap is not abstract. It shows up as turnover, disengagement, and managers spending their week resolving symptoms of a misalignment no one has named. Harmony names it, scores it, and quantifies what it costs in real dollars.

The method

Harmony closes the gap between who you say you are and how you actually work.

Senior leadership and the board complete a structured declaration across three layers. A verification phase reads those declarations against evidence; the gap between the two is itself a scored finding.

01

Identity

Whether your stated values, mission, and brand voice are clearly defined, current, accessible, and owned by leadership.

02

Operations

Whether your hiring, decision frameworks, performance reviews, and approval workflows are designed with that identity in mind. The heaviest weight, because this is where misalignment lives.

03

Output

Whether what you produce, externally and internally, reflects your stated identity and operational standards.

What you receive

A score, a number, and a plan.

Resonance Score

A composite from 0 to 100 across the three weighted layers, with a tier and three layer sub-scores. Every number is computed, documented, and auditable.

Financial Delta

A conservative annual dollar estimate of what misalignment costs your organization, grounded in SHRM and Gallup benchmarks. The score becomes a business case.

90-Day Roadmap

A gap narrative tied to your own declared standards, your primary strength, and three priority interventions, plus a scoped path to embed alignment for good.

Does your organization actually live, internally, what its brand claims externally?
